You will then receive your key via the keybox. These are located at each of the two houses next to the entrance door at the back of the hotel and guest house.

You will need your personal keybox code to open the locker.
- You will receive your personal keybox code if you have booked a late check-in
To obtain the key
- Press the hash key #, then enter the keybox code according to the booking confirmation, confirm with hash key # (e.g. #123456#).
- When you enter the second hash key #, you will hear a clicking sound. The compartment is then unlocked for 5 seconds.
- Open the compartment and remove the key cards. The key fob is labelled with your room number.
- Close the compartment.
